In addition, the Parks Department enforces Sidney's Tree Preservation Bylaw and makes recommendations on boulevard trees and trees on private property. All parks, trails and beach accesses are identified on the Parks Map.
The Parks Department also assists in the coordination of special events in Town parks. If you are interested in holding a public or private event in one of our parks, please complete an application form and forward it to the Engineering Department.
