The lowest price sale was $151,500 at 223-1680 Poplar Ave. The highest sale price for a condo was for $711,000 at 1008-707 Courtney at “The Falls”. The average price per square foot for a Condo in Victoria in the month of February was $322.94 James Bay Condominiums - The highest price condo to sell in the James Bay area was for $472,000 at 511-225 Belleville at the “Laurel Point”. The lowest price condominium sale in James Bay was for $185,000 at 103-305 Michigan “Ardlea Court”. Fairfield Condos - The highest price sale for a Fairfield Condo was for $345,000 at 303-137 Bushby “The Lady Alexandra”. The lowest price condo to sell in Fairfield was for $230,000 at 406-935 Fairfield “Yorkshire House”. Downtown Victoria - highest condominium sale was $711,000 at 1008 - 707 Courtney “The Falls“. The lowest condo sale for Downtown Victoria was for $ 185,000 at 209-562 Yates “The Oriental“. Oak Bay Condominiums - There was only one sale at 406-1450 Beach Drive “Royal Alexandra” for $337,000. Songhees Condominiums - The highest price condo to sell in the Songhees was $660,000 at 310-68 Songhees at “Shutters”. The lowest price to sell was $375,000 at 101-68 Songhees at “Shutters”. Vic West - The highest condominium sale in Victoria West was for $309,000 at 407-797 Tyee Rd at “The Railyards” The lowest priced condo sale in Victoria West was for $280,000 at 205-399 Tyee at “Dockside Green”. Sidney – The low sale for a condominium was $151,500 at 203-9725 Fourth St and the high condo sale for Sidney was for $515,000 at 2A-9851 Second St “The Port Sidney Residence”. Overall the condominium sales in Greater Victoria were down 50% in February 2012 with 63 sales compared to February 2011 with 126 sales reported on the Victoria Real Estate Board. The average price per square foot increased marginally from $346.45 in February 2011 to $350.54 in February 2012. *All numbers and sales are taken from the Victoria MLS system and should be verified if important.
